“Crede” is the dialectal term used to indicate clay, an element that characterizes the soil of the vineyards, once covered by the sea, selected in the Municipality of Valdobbiadene for the creation of this Prosecco Superiore.

Slopes of very ancient origin, once covered by the sea and formed thanks to the slow movements of the land, which arched and arranged the layers vertically.

Glera 85% minimum.
Brilliant, straw yellow with light green reflections. The perlage is minute and persistent.
In the fruity, reminiscent of the scent, hints of apple and pear. The harmony is completed with a rich and fine sapidity.
Of meadow flowers, rightly intense, fresh and elegant. It lets out a very pleasant fruitiness.

The clayey soil allows water to be retained near the roots of the vines, preventing them from suffering from drought.
