Marche Bianco IGT
It is the result of a blend of Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano, and Malvasia. Even just looking at it, you can tell it's a unique wine with shades of antique gold, thanks to the unusual winemaking technique that involves contact with the skins and a low use of sulfur dioxide.
A well-structured wine, it releases aromas of mandarin, bitter orange, and a subtle hint of aromatic herbs; it doesn't disappoint on the palate, finding it dry and savory, with great aromatic richness and a good finish.
It pairs well with poultry, boiled meats, fish, and cheeses, or even as an unusual aperitif. It can be served chilled or at room temperature.
