This rosé with coral highlights is the result of the extraction of the finest Sangiovese and red grape musts from grapes harvested in crates with very low yields per hectare.
The aromas are clean, crisp, simple, and pleasing, with hints of red fruit against a delicate floral backdrop. The palate is equally pleasant and expressive.
A wine for delicate palates, served chilled at 8-10°C (46-50°F) and pairs well with local cured meats, strong cheeses, and oily fish.
