Marche Rosso IGT
The pinnacle of the company's production, it is made exclusively from red grapes harvested in crates and yields 3.5 quintals per hectare. It ferments extensively on the skins in oak vats, undergoing malolactic fermentation in strictly new barriques, where it ages for approximately 24 months.
The nose evokes aromas of small berries, spices, and distinct balsamic notes, all blended into a bouquet of broad personality.
On the palate, it is very harmonious and balanced, with good freshness, acidity, and dense tannins that support a long, persistent finish. It pairs well with braised or stewed meat dishes, as well as roast goat and lamb.
