DESCRIPTION
A line of high quality doves is born within the handicraft production laboratory. My doves boast a 36-hour leavening with 5 kneading steps and an artisanal process with manual "shaping", in full respect of tradition. The patient preparation also includes 7 hours of rest upside down. Among the most prestigious ingredients are: egg yolk obtained from Italian free-range hens, high quality Italian butter, ten-year mother yeast and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The packaging, with attention to the smallest details, is done manually. The dove is contained in an elegant package created by the skilled hands of a master of Italian paper converting.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Once opened, it is recommended to consume it within a week by storing it inside the bag tightly closed.
