Alcoholic fermentation:
Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature with long stay on the skins and periodic replacements. Malolactic fermentation carried out naturally.

Aging:
12 months in large 30 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels

Organoleptic characteristics:
A beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Whirling the wine in the glass we can appreciate very distinct and dense bows that descend slowly, immediately highlighting the structure and density of this wine. At first smell, intense aromas of ripe blackberry, raspberry and plum emerge and only later on are the tertiary components of undergrowth, wet earth, licorice and leather perceived.

On the palate it has a very pleasant taste density. The varietal tannins are well smoothed and follow an almost pulpy consistency of the wine, which at the same time shows a pleasant freshness and minerality, typical of the terroir of origin.

Closes with persistence and elegance.
