A fresh and easy to drink wine.

Lulone is the result of a whole cluster fermentation on 100% of the grapes.

The bunches collected and selected manually are inserted, without being crushed and destemmed, inside the truncated cone tank, which will be subsequently saturated with carbon dioxide for 8 days.

After this phase the bunches are pressed and the alcoholic fermentation will end in steel.

Pairings: Aperitifs, vegetable and fish based dishes, white meats. Serve at 14 °
