Color straw yellow and fine and persistent. The maturation in oak barrels gives it a mild and balanced aroma of vanilla which is accompanied by hints of yellow fruit, especially pineapple, typical of Chardonnay. Pleasant on the palate with an effervescent attack immediately balanced by an enveloping creaminess.
