This is the version of Tiri's Traditional Panettone designed for those with lactose intolerances.

We've spent years researching and developing this product because we didn't want to compromise on the flavor and softness of the classic version.

Ingredients: wheat flour, lactose-free butter, raisins (20%), sugar, fresh class A free-range egg yolks, candied orange peel (15%) (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), sourdough starter (wheat), orange paste, honey, malt, salt, natural vanilla pods from Madagascar.

May contain traces of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios), and sesame.
