Distillery founded in 1765.

From its foundation until today, the distillery has always remained active, and currently it can count on a vast plantation of sugar cane owned, which guarantees an average annual production of about three million liters of rum.

Another story is that of the brand "Saint James", which was recorded in 1882 by the merchant of Marseilles Paulin Lambert who, in addition to having conceived the design of the famous square carrée bottle and flat bottom that still today identifies the Saint James brand, had the great merit of being able to identify the other quality level of rum distilled by Father Lefebure. So, after passing from hand to hand, since 2003 the Saint James brand belongs to the La Martiniquaise group, but above all it identifies one of the largest ranges of agricultural rums in Martinique and the Caribbean, while guaranteeing an excellent quality and at times unattainable .

Saint James Xo is a mixture of rum between six and 10 years, with a dark amber color typical of the oldest varieties of Saint James.

It has an aroma of bourbon and caramel and a very varied aromatic profile of orange peel, spices, flowers and even a bit of chartreuse. The finish has notes of licorice and black pepper.

Typical of Saint James, it has a luxurious and velvety texture and a wonderful balance of sweetness and strength.

It is exceptional.
