Quality wines, local herbs, spices and a precious grappa have produced for years one of the most prestigious and appreciated products of Piedmont: Vermouth.

For years, the grappa of the Serafino Levi Distillery has supplied some of the most renowned vermouth producers, who have thus enriched their product, receiving international appreciation.

This production tradition finds a new development today thanks to an ancient recipe found in the diaries of Lidia Levi, Romano's sister. Lidia cultivated a passion for herbs, which she grew in the Distillery garden and for the spices of which she was a careful selector.

Today, from this precious legacy of passion and competence, the Vermouth of the Romano Levi distillery is born. A superior Vermouth that comes from the fine wines of the Langhe: Arneis for the white and Nebbiolo from Barbaresco for the red.

Artemisia, other typical Langhe herbs and precious spices enrich and soften it with the rich aromas of the area. But the work would not be perfect and completed without the magical touch of the grappa produced in the Romano Levi Distillery. A unique Langhe grappa, intended to integrate the fine wines of the Langhe at the base of the Vermouth, in a wise and harmonious coherence with the aromas of local herbs and spices.
