Notes Traditional Mezcal produced from 100% Agave Espadin from the Santiago Matatlan terroir by Maestros Mezcaleros Valentine Cortes & Gregorio Martinez in the palanque De Cortes.
The Terroir of Santiago Matatlan gives this Mezcal sweet notes of roasted agave and spices with a herbaceous undertone. On the palate it is generous and decisive with a very long finish.
