Appearance: Intense and brilliant gold.

Smell: With a marine soul, the first impression suggests a bonfire on the beach of dried seaweed, where marine scents take over. By lowering the alcohol content, the olfactory scents do not change in intensity.

Body: medium. Palate: an oily texture, the flavors evoke an orchard wet by an early morning sea breeze. Secondly, as you taste it, spicy scents make their way among the marine ones. With the addition of water, a fruity sweetness comes into play together with a continuous flavor.

Finish: long, slightly smoky, with a spicy finish

According to our legend, when the waves broke with an unusual force on Talisker Bay, a luminous creature emerged from the depths of the abyss, swimming in the darkness of the sea with its captivating splendor.

This powerful luminosity was carried by these waves to the Talisker distillery, bringing to light a new creation: the characteristic smoke of Talisker which however softens through spicy scents, unusual in the Talisker world.

On the shores of Loch Harport, the new spirit is forged from the sea, right where Talisker was born in 1830. Sweet, savory, marine, smoky and stormy like its land, this is a whiskey for wild hearts, Made by the Sea.

We find smoky scents reminiscent of a bonfire on the beach.

First-fill ex bourbon barrels offer different levels of flavors.

A delicately oily texture, a sweet taste with notes of spice and smoke, salty and fruity, like an orchard in the sea fog.

A long finish with a spicy peat.
