Created in 1945 by the Gitton family, starting from a small vineyard of half a hectare, the company now covers an area of 27 hectares distributed among the best climates in the area, in soils rich in geological diversity in the municipalities of Sancerre and Ménétréol. The production of Loire wines is particularly focused on the Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé whites.

To the eye it appears a beautiful straw yellow. On the nose it releases vegetal notes, then followed by citrus scents and aromas of dried fruit, finally also embellished with important mineral tones of flint. The palate is full-bodied and well balanced, fresh and pleasantly savory. Excellent length.

Excellent with fish or vegetables, pumpkin, bottarga.
