Tumminello cookies are handcrafted in Castelbuono, a medieval Sicilian village in the Madonie mountains. Over the years, a family-run artisan workshop has become a small company, where each product is unique, respecting tradition and selecting the finest local ingredients.

The love and passion for baked goods, passed down from generation to generation, are essential to creating traditional, delicious, and wholesome cookies that bring back the authentic flavor of traditional biscuits.

No palm oil, no hydrogenated fats, no preservatives, and no artificial colorings!

Delicious on their own or dunked in milk for breakfast. They're also perfect with a good tea or a Sicilian granita.

Ingredients: Wheat flour 43%, sugar, animal fats (lard), Sicilian whole milk 13%, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 5.2%, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil and fats (coconut, sunflower, water), potato starch, dark chocolate chips with 43% cocoa (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin) 3.5%, sugar grains, alkalized cocoa powder (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium bicarbonate) 3%, salt, natural flavors, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, preservative: sorbic acid.
