A soft dough filled with toasted pistachios, chocolate flakes and a delicious pistachio cream!

Complete our dove with a white chocolate frosting, pistachio and a tip of Maldon salt!

PISTACHIO AND CHOCOLATE COLOMBA - Pastry products
Naturally leavened baked confectionary with pistachio and chocolate
Ingredients: Type “00” soft wheat flour (gluten), fresh pasteurized egg yolk, granulated sugar, butter, mother yeast [type “00” soft wheat flour (gluten), water], custard (fresh whole milk cream, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, granulated sugar, vanilla pods, rice starch, corn starch) salt, acacia honey, pistachio grains (0.5%), dark chocolate 61% (broad beans cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), vanilla pods.
For the filling: pistachio praline 2% (pistachios, sugar, almonds).

For the glaze: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), pistachio paste (3%), sunflower oil.

Decoration: chopped pistachios (0.5%), Maldon salt.
May contain: peanuts, soy, mustard, sesame, other nuts.
