A panettone that starts off easily recognizable with the traditional dough of the classic Filippi panettone, but ends up surprising thanks to the addition of fleshy and soft segments of candied peach and unexpected small amaretti biscuits.

The natural charge of freshness and very sweet softness of the peach is combined with a voluptuous meltability: at first with a sweet flavor and then, as soon as you meet the amaretto, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

An intriguing combination of sweet and slightly bitter, to be enjoyed with idle indulgence.
