Grapes: Ribolla gialla
Geographical location: Vineyard located on a completely south-facing façade, on entirely marly soil.
Number of vines per hectare: 4,500 with double arched (cappuccina) and guyot training.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, when perfectly ripe and in the coolest hours of the morning.
They quickly reach the cellar. The free-run must thus obtained, after an initial racking, is placed in the fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then remains on its fine lees and is then bottled after 8-9 months.

Acidity: 5.5%
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow with greenish reflections; It has a pleasant and persuasive bouquet, reminiscent of acacia flowers and citrus fruits.
Pleasantly citrusy and slender on the palate.
Gastronomy: Suitable with fried fish, battered vegetables and flans, with tasty cheeses and fish-based dishes with tomato.
