Bellei Cuvée Brut Francesco is the result of excellence in wine making with the Traditional Method. It is produced in limited quantities exclusively from Pinot Nero (50%) and Chardonnay (50%) grapes. 

Tasting

The nose reveals pleasant scents of yeasts, with hints of spices and mature fruit. The perlage is fine and persistent, with glimmers of light. On the palate is of excellent freshness, soft and considerably persistent, with a strong personal character. The color is bright straw-yellow color. 

Pairings

Due to its characteristics, it can be served with meat or fish based appetizers to fruit. It is perfect with caviar, elaborate fish dishes, cured meats and fine cheese.
