Tasting notes
Intense purplish red colour. Aromas of red fruit, with an immediate approach, good acidity with soft tannins and balanced body. Remarkable freshness for a wine that ages in the bottle for several months.

Technical notes
The grapes are harvested manually in 20 kg boxes and placed overnight in a cold room at 10°C.
The next morning the bunches are destemmed, the grapes selected by optical sorting and subsequently gently pressed. The crushed grapes are loaded into steel fermenters by gravity, without the use of pumps. After 48 hours of cold maceration (10°C) the alcoholic fermentation starts with short pumping over and periodic punching down for about 10 days. The wine ages in steel and then in bottles for a few months.
