The number one sparkling wine from Bortolomiol's traditional DOCG line. The Roman numeral on the capsule and the name “Prior” recall how Bortolomiol was the first to intuit and create this Brut sparkling wine when Prosecco di Valdobbiadene was still only Extra Dry. Prior is the symbol of the pioneering spirit of Giuliano Bortolomiol who believed in Prosecco di Valdobbiadene (today Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg) and in the Martinotti – Charmat or Italian method of sparkling wine production.

TASTING NOTES
The aromatic spectrum highlights cleanliness and finesse. The fruit notes are very clear and fragrant, especially unripe green apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by fresh vegetal hints. The agile and immediate flavor development is essential and dry. Due to its freshness it is well suited as an aperitif wine, with seafood and with dishes seasoned with extra virgin olive oil such as fish salad. Also excellent with lard croutons.
