stainless steel tanks for four months.
Prise de mousse: Italian method in stainless steel autoclaves.
Refermentation Temperature: 15-17°C. Cold tartaric stabilization
(-4°C). Microfiltration before
bottling to separate
the yeast cells from the sparkling wine.
Approximately 40 days.

Chill to 7-8° C shortly before use.
Ideally served with a bucket and ice.
Glass type: Medium-sized white wine glass.
It is best to avoid a flute, which, while allowing
an excellent view of the perlage, does not allow
the aromas to fully develop and express themselves.
