Geographical location:
Vineyards located on the hills around the company center with variable exposure but predominantly south on entirely marly soil.
Number of vines per hectare: 4,500 – 5,000 with Guyot training
Vinification: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, when perfectly ripe and in the coolest hours of the morning.
They quickly reach the cellar, where the whole grapes are softly pressed. The free-run must thus
obtained, after an initial racking, is placed in fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature. The
wine then remains on its fine lees for 8-9 months and then bottled.
Alcohol content: 13.5°
Acidity: 5.0%
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow, delicate aromas with hints of bread crust, slightly fruity, hints of golden apple; well balanced in the mouth.
Gastronomy: Excellent aperitif wine, it pairs perfectly with fish-based first courses, soups, white meat-based dishes, shellfish and molluscs, cheeses, especially if not very mature.
