Bitter notes of radicchio, sweet and aromatic notes of myrtle and licorice, and a hint of vinegar to round out the flavor.

How to use it?

Ideal with grilled red meats, aged or blue cheeses, duck breast, or roast poultry. Also great with warm, crusty durum wheat bread.

How to store it?

Store in a cool place away from light. Pasteurized product.
