Unusual Giardiniera with Fruit
The most imaginative giardiniera: the ingredients vary with the seasons and are complemented by the sweetness of fruit, pears, and apples. The vegetables are also unusual: Jerusalem artichokes, celeriac (in autumn and winter), trumpet peppers, and gherkins or green asparagus (in summer). After ripening in sweet and sour sauce, they are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.

Vegetables in varying proportions: (carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, celeriac, Jerusalem artichokes, pears, apples, Borettane onions), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, water, Cervia sea salt, sugar.
How to use it?
Excellent pairing with mortadella and savory cured meats or cooked cured meats, boiled or baked fish. Suitable for pairing with bloomy-rind cheeses or medium-aged cheeses. It's also excellent with boiled and grilled poultry.
How to store it?
Store in a cool, dark place. Pasteurized product.
