Peppers, fennel, cauliflower, and carrots seasoned only with vinegar, sugar, salt, and spices. Free from citric acid, preservatives, and sulfur, Morgan's Giardiniera preserves all the flavor of freshly picked vegetables.

Vegetables in varying proportions: (carrots, fennel, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower), white wine vinegar, water, Cervia sea salt, sugar.

How to use it?

With everything! The first and only giardiniera that pairs well with wine! To accompany cured meats, boiled meats, cotechino, oily fish, or simply enjoyed on its own.

Store in a cool, dark place. Pasteurized product.
