Delicious and Colorful Gardener's Salad

A colorful and delicious recipe. A symphony of very inviting chopped vegetables. The vegetables are ripened in a sweet and sour liquid, savory and full of character. The vegetables are then preserved in extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.

Ingredients

Vegetables in varying proportions: (carrots, cauliflower, yellow peppers, red peppers, Borettane onions, purple onion, fennel, green beans, CELERY), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, water, Cervia sea salt, sugar.

How to use it?

Excellent with traditional cured meats, fresh and preserved bluefish, tuna, and salmon.

How to store it?

Store in a cool place away from light. Pasteurized product.
