Its name pays homage to one of the most beautiful religious buildings in Suvereto, the church of San Giusto, and to the company's first vineyard planted in the Notri area. The "soul" wine of Tua Rita has accompanied the winery since its founding and embodies its philosophy: innovation, experimentation, and respect for natural rhythms combined with a love for the land where it is produced.

Profile: In the glass, it has a deep ruby color. The nose is
broad and complex, with ripe aromas of berries, elegant spicy
and balsamic notes reminiscent of the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, enriched by toasted notes. On the palate, it has a strong structure, with a
complexity and elegant tannic texture, and a finish on mineral
notes that lend a persistent freshness.
Pairings: first courses with meat or mushroom sauces, game and venison, roasts, and mature cheeses.
