A perfect balance of flavors and aromatics, a lively and delicate citrus note provided by exquisite orange zest cubes, nestled in a rich, particularly soft dough thanks to a complex process involving four leavenings and two kneadings, for a total of 65 hours.

A delicious almond glaze covers the top, trapping the granulated sugar and whole raw almonds.

A rich aromatic bouquet and a perfect balance of flavors and textures, for an extraordinary Colomba, a harmony between tradition and innovation.

Naturally leavened baked product with candied orange and almond glaze.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. After opening, store in the original, tightly closed bag.

Grape Varieties:

Our Grande Cuvée Brut Veuve Ambal is composed primarily of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, complemented by a touch of Aligoté and Gamay.

Vinification:

Upon receipt of the harvest, which is done exclusively by hand, only the richest and most complex first pressings are retained for this blend. The wine is then aged on racks for 12-18 months in our Burgundy cellars to impart aromatic intensity.

Food Pairings:

Enjoy it as an aperitif, with hard cheeses, or with creamy chicken dishes. Serve chilled at 7-8°C.

Aromas & Flavors:

The delicate brilliance of this Crémant de Bourgogne is highlighted by its golden yellow hue and fine bubbles. On the palate, harmonious and fruity, it reveals notes of exotic fruit.
