Hampton Water is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi, and Gérard Bertrand. Their goal was to create a rosé that embodies the elegance and lifestyle of the East Coast of the United States, combining a passion for wine with the winemaking tradition of the Languedoc. The project began in 2017 when the Bongiovis, on vacation in the South of France, met Gérard Bertrand and envisioned a rosé that could capture the essence of long Atlantic summers and bring them to the glass.

Made with Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes selected from vineyards in the South of France, this rosé represents the perfect balance between Mediterranean character and the spirit of the Atlantic Coast. Aged in new French oak barrels, it lends structure and complexity, distinguishing it from lighter rosés. Hampton Water has received significant international recognition: four consecutive vintages with 90 points from Wine Spectator, 91 points from Wine Enthusiast, and Decanter. Perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes, this wine has sold millions of bottles in over 40 countries, becoming a global phenomenon that celebrates conviviality and the art of living across two continents.

Tasting Notes:

An elegant pale pink, Hampton Water opens on the nose with vibrant notes of fresh strawberry and cherry, accompanied by citrus aromas such as pink grapefruit and blood orange. Delicate floral nuances emerge, along with a pronounced minerality reminiscent of sea breezes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and intense, with a lovely minerality that supports the red fruit flavors. The acidity is lively and energizing, while the texture is elegant and medium-bodied. The finish is long and persistent, enriched by spicy notes from the French oak aging, with a return of the saline minerality that invites the next sip. A rosé with character, beyond simple summer drinkability.
