Pinot Noir, or Blauburgunder, has found its second home in Alto Adige for over a century. The steep vineyards surrounding Bolzano produce a typical South Tyrolean Pinot Noir, well structured and elegant.

September harvest
Vinification Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging for six months in French barriques and subsequent maturation in the bottle
Characteristics
Color: intense ruby red
Bouquet:: cherry fruit, berries and plum, spicy with cinnamon and cloves, light notes of vanilla and tobacco
Taste: full, decisive, with elegant velvety tannins
Pairing: with beef, game, saddle of venison and medium-aged cheeses
