Intense straw yellow. A broad and complex bouquet, with fruity notes of white pulp peach and queen claudia, floral acacia and broom with a light Mediterranean note.
On the palate it is soft and pleasantly savory
The bunches, collected at sunrise in small boxes, are crushed and destemmed and descend by gravity into the press, where a short cryomaceration takes place.
The must will ferment at a controlled temperature for about three weeks with subsequent maturation on the fine lees.
10% is placed in acacia tonneau to refine, without distorting, the floral scents typical of the grape.
