PRODUCTION METHOD:
This gin is the result of the union of distillates, alcoholates and essential oils of
selected raw materials, expertly produced and mixed, to which it comes
added Salfiore di Romagna from the Cervia salt pan.

TASTING:
This gin is composed of various botanicals, treated individually and in different
manners in order to capture and bring out the essence of each one. Inspired by notes and
aromatic accords to the Adriatic and the botanicals of its coast.
According to the philosophy of its creator, Baldo Baldinini, the botanicals that make up
this gin is not declared, but it will be pleasure and enjoyment of the consumer
groped to understand what is actually present inside the product.
