Pinot Noir Rosé Fallwind DOC
Besides being one of the oldest grape varieties, Pinot Noir is considered one of the finest red wines. Grown for over 150 years in South Tyrol, it is one of the most appreciated red wines. Thanks to the saignée method (delicate extraction of the must), we extract an excellent juice with which we vinify a fresh, fruity and surprisingly acidic Rosé.

VINIFICATION:

Saignée method. Fermentation and aging in steel vats.

MATCHING TIPS:

This refreshing summer wine pairs beautifully with snacks on the cutting board, but also with pizza, pasta or guinea fowl breast stuffed with wild garlic. At cooler temperatures it gives its best on fish dishes.
