PRODUCTION AREA: Champagne – Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Exclusively Grand and Premier Cru: Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cuis, Vaudemange.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay

VINIFICATION: Micro-vinification of individual parcels in small stainless steel vats

COLOR: Bright golden with fine, dynamic bubbles.

AROMA: The nose reveals elegant aromas of pear, grapefruit, and jasmine, followed by honeyed notes.

PAIRINGS: Its lively character makes it an excellent aperitif, but it also pairs exceptionally well with appetizers or fish dishes such as scallop carpaccio, citrusy sea bass tartare, or oysters. Serving temperature: 10°C.

PALATE: On the palate, the wine is direct and open, with notes of blood orange and pastry. An extremely lively wine, with beautiful bitter notes and the chalky minerality so characteristic of the Maison's signature cuvée.

AGEING: 6 years of aging on the lees.
