The Prémices Extra Brut from Champagne Jules Brochet is an entry-level cuvée that perfectly embodies the domaine's philosophy: precision, expressive terroir, and low-intervention artisanal winemaking. It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, sourced from select parcels between the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, two complementary areas that give the wine structure, freshness, and depth.

Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and aging on the lees, with part of the base wine vinified in wood, an element that contributes to complexity and a slight, controlled oxidation. The dosage is very low (Extra Brut) to maintain maximum tension and expressive purity.

In the glass, it presents a luminous straw yellow color and a fine, continuous perlage. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus emerge, with notes of ripe pear, apple, almond, and subtle nuances of bread crust and yeast.

On the palate, it is fresh, dynamic, and very balanced: the attack is taut and upright, supported by good structure and evident minerality. The palate is precise, dry, and smooth, with a long, slightly citrusy finish that leaves a clean, gastronomic sensation.

A contemporary and versatile Champagne, ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish, shellfish, and delicate cuisine, thanks to its balance of finesse, energy, and depth.
