We have created a forward-thinking product that reinterprets the ancient tradition of Italian spirits.

With a moderate alcohol content, smooth and refined, it is an easy-drinking grappa, suitable for delicate palates after lunch and dinner.

The pomace is collected fresh, even fermented, from selected suppliers and is carefully

ensiled. Distillation is carried out with low-temperature steam to extract the volatile components while preserving the most valuable ones.

A rigorous selection of the "softest" batches is then carried out and a careful "transformation" to the final alcohol content (40°) is carried out at a temperature that guarantees the preservation of the aromatic component.

Clear and crystalline, it is very intense on the nose, with fine and defined aromas and extremely harmonious on the palate, fragrant with elegant and persistent fruity notes.
