From the patient aging of a precious distillate in select French barriques for over 18 months, a nectar with an exceptionally high sensory profile is born.

A golden color enriched with amber and copper nuances reveals elegance and smoothness on the palate, accompanied by a long finish.

The pomace is distilled in a direct steam-operated batch still with eight copper stills.

After carefully selecting the batch best suited for aging in small barrels, it is then placed in barriques. After a period of maturation in stainless steel, always at full strength, the final alcohol content is reached through dilution of the raw distillate.

A clear grappa with an intense amber color, it is full of elegant aromas on the nose.

On the palate, it is enveloping, balanced, and richly aromatic. It has a long and pleasant finish.
