Our grappa aged in barrels
of antique oak illuminates the glass with its amber color.

Definite fragrances, immense in variety and depth, tactile sensations that can be tried
only during the tasting of this aged distillate.

Distillation is carried out in a discontinuous plant with eight copper steam stills.
The use of direct steam at a low temperature (just over 100 °), which is blown at the base of the stills, makes it possible to extract the volatile components from the pomace without damaging them, especially the aromatic ones.
After in-depth selections to choose the destined lots, there is aging in old oak barrels, a wood that releases, even if reused,
the characteristic amber color.
A blend of grappas with aging of at least 18 months is then made, some younger, some past in wood even for a few years.
Accurate aging in stainless steel tanks always follows.
Amber in color, it fascinates with its determined and sincere scents. It remains to the taste with a typical intensity, elegant in the duration and in the fineness of the olfactory scents.
