The pomace is collected fresh from selected suppliers.

The distillation takes place in a discontinuous direct steam system, with eight copper stills.
After a careful selection of the most suitable grappa, it is left to age in small barrels already used with Cognac. During a long rest this is transformed, thanks to natural oxygenation through the slats and the extraction of typical aromas released by the wood.

Clear amber colored grappa, with harmonious hints of vanilla and wood on the nose. The taste releases varied fruity-spicy essences. The aftertaste is very long and enveloping.

Aging for 18 months in ex Cognac barrels enriches Storica with further aromas, giving the final product the right complexity of an exclusive meditation grappa.
Amber and soft, it is characterized by a complex aromatic profile and a balanced and original personality, waiting to be discovered.
