Secolo Barrique Millesimata is the result of a long period of aging in precious and selected French barriques for over 18 months, followed by refinement in steel.
From the combination of wood and grappa, a nectar with an extraordinary amber color is born, highlighting unparalleled softness and unique olfactory nuances.

The distillation takes place in a copper system with eight stills, using only fresh and carefully selected pomace. The full-strength grappa is aged in barriques and then "transformed" to an alcohol content of 60° to enhance its intense bouquet.

Clear grappa with an intense amber colour, it appears very rich and aromatic to the nose. It is majestic on the palate, with the countless aromas of grappa that combine elegantly with the essences of wood. The persistence is very long and extremely pleasant.
