A Reserve obtained from only Chardonnay grapes, form and substance of a single vineyard in Calino; after a long refinement on its own yeasts, the refinement of our Dosaggio Zero is expressed.

Identity: Chardonnay 100% Vineyard in the municipality of Cazzago San Martino in the Calino area Hilly terrain of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated. Average age of the vines over 30 years.

Vinification: After a rigorous selection of the bunches and light pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place in 32 hl natural oak vats. Following the draft in spring, it spends a period of over 72 months on the yeasts and after disgorgement, at least 6 months pass before being put on the market.

Dosage: 0 g/lt

Alcohol content: 13%
