The official champagne of Formula 1.

Bottle produced with a sheet of carbon. The same carbon fiber used to build the Formula 1 cars.

The process of making the bottle requires a week of craftsmanship and originally the development required 4 years of studies.

The Champagne Ascension Brut of Carbon is made with high quality grapes from vineyards classified Premier Cru of the Côte des Blancs and Marne, in the Champagne region.

It is produced with Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier grapes, carefully harvested by hand.

After the classic winemaking processes, the froth takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the dictates of the champenoise method, by refining for a long time on its own yeasts in the Maison's gypsum quarries, protected from light and under controlled environmental conditions.

Champagne is characterized by a pale golden yellow color and a creamy and persistent mousse.

The nose opens with a complex bouquet, with hints of white peach and cooked pear, accompanied by pleasing notes of butter, white flowers and spices.

On the palate the entrance is superb, becoming gradually fuller, rich and deep, voluptuous, with hints of toasted brioche and citrus that confirm its extraordinary elegance and harmony.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with crustaceans and fresh cheeses.
