One afternoon, Bruno and Nicola passionately discuss the world of Gin.

Nicola is a profound connoisseur of Gin, Bruno is a master distiller.

In Faver, at that moment, a very pleasant warm wind is blowing and the two decide to prepare a Gin&Tonic. The comparison resumes lively: the theme is the Ora del Garda, that intense wind that blows from Lake Garda to the Cembra Valley.

It was in that moment that the idea of Gin Vento was born. A Gin that knows how to unite, through the wind, two very different areas - and two people: the almost Mediterranean area of Lake Garda and the mountainous Cembra Valley. The wisdom of the technician and the audacity of the dreamer.

It is not known exactly how things went, but the result is this unique Gin: a very fine London Dry Gin, subtle like the wind and fragrant like this breeze, which captures the essence of the territory and knows how to tell an experience, a history.

Gin Vento is born from the infusion of fresh juniper berries, collected partly in the ravines of the Cembra valley, and orange and lemon peels from the Limonaia del Garda Ecomuseum in Tignale. Distillation follows, using the discontinuous still with extreme care, since citrus fruits are very delicate. Finally time, because we all need to rest and so does Gin Vento.

Authentic London Dry Gin, Gin Vento is an artisanal quality product, which stands out for its unique aromatic profile: a harmonious combination of intense notes of juniper and citrus hints. Bottled at 43 degrees to best express its characteristics, it is ideal for mixing or to be tasted pure.
