OUR GIN
Soero, the result of a careful selection of botanicals, is a tribute to the gifts of nature, capturing the essence of summer and transporting you to a world of dreams and authenticity. OUR HISTORY
Soero was born in Alghero, in the heart of Sardinia, inspired by the magical summers and sunsets over Capo Caccia seen from the Maracaibo Cocktail Bar.
Founded in 2021 by Dario Olmeo, during the pandemic, Soero aims to capture summer conviviality and lightness, offering a distillate that contains experiences and sensations in an exclusive bouquet of aromas, to bring the essence of the sun in every sip.

Since its launch in July 2021 in Bargiornale and other prestigious publications, Soero has quickly established itself in the world of spirits, obtaining awards and recognition at a national and international level.
