Terroir

Dirupo Extra Dry is a Valdobbiadene Docg that comes from a selection of the steepest vineyards of Andreola, located in plots suitable for viticulture, well exposed, which differ from each other in the conformation of the land, the layers and the variety of minerals contained in them.

The historic soils, representative of the territoriality and the choice of a heroic viticulture that shapes and embroiders hills with extreme slopes, guarantee the quality of a wine that is literally "handmade".

Tasting Notes

The color is a seductive and bright pale straw yellow. The bubbles are thin, numerous and continuous, the foam is creamy. Wisteria blossom, pear, apple, white peach and lime, on the nose. The sip is full, rich and persistent. This is the sparkling wine of tradition, identity and territorial. Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended for the whole meal, including dessert. It is recommended to serve at 6-8 ° C.
