Quintarelli's 'Ca' del Merlo' is a red that comes from an accurate blend which highlights the great ability of the Quintarelli winery in the art of blending.

Produced with the Ripasso technique from an original blend, composed of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Nebbiolo, Croatina and Sangiovese.

After 7 years of maturation in large oak barrels, it expresses itself in rich and enveloping aromas and in a powerful, soft and velvety taste, with great structure, complexity and long persistence.

It is born from meticulous production, with which Quintarelli creates a perfect wine to accompany important dishes based on red meat and game.

Able to continue to mature in the bottle for many years.
