Bumbu XO rum is distilled and aged in Panama in barrels of ex bourbon before being finished in ex-sherry casks.

The nose is full of aromas of fruit, vanilla and caramel, with an underground stream of hot spices.

On the palate it offers notes of rich raisin, citrus orange and bitter coffee that are mixed with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak.

A soft, rich and complex rum, created from scratch by the master distiller used a still dating back to 1912, it perfectly matches the most robust cigars and is perfect in rum-based cocktails, even better if drunk straight or with a simple ice cube.
