Thousandth
Autumn and winter followed each other with great sweetness. The rather rainy spring delayed flowering. The attention in the vineyard did not affect the production despite the episodes of frost and hail. Low yields and a lot of quality.
Soil:
very ancient soil, characterized by a mixture of shales and clays and the absence of limestone.
Grapes:
Grenache 62%, Cinsault 27%, Syrah 6% and Mourvèdre 5%
Tasting Notes:
The color is bright, between pink and peach. The nose is expressive and fruity, with aromas of vine peach and red currant. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, with a pleasantly balanced, silky volume with hints of lemon; the finish is combined with mirabelle plum and cardamom.
