TYPE OF SOIL: Limestone soil

AGE OF THE VINEYARDS: The vines date back to 1959.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting and pressing of the grapes for 4-5 hours, cold static decantation, fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 1-2 months. The refinement takes place on the fine lees.

COLOR: Pale gold with green reflections.

BOUQUET: The nose is floral and expressive, with notes of grapefruit and lemon.

PAIRING: It is perfect when combined with sauerkraut. Excellent with all white meat and fish dishes, preferably freshwater. Try it with baked trout.

TASTE: Dry, elegant, with aromas of fresh fruit and citrus. Mineral finish.
